Special labels by Weber Marking Systems meet the most diverse of requirements and have numerous specialized features, depending on their purpose.

We can offer, for instance:

  • water-, oil- and grease-resistant labels with extremely adhesive glue, e.g. for labelling of car tyres or cutting discs.
  • Spunbonded fabric labels made of polyethylene continuous filament. These are resistant to water and many chemicals and solvents.
  • Safety labels which, when removed, break a metallised polyester foil, leaving behind legible marking on the surface.
  • Tags. These are robust, tear-proof and made of composite film – ideal for interior and exterior use. By dint of their paper coating, they are also perfect for customised marking at a later stage.
  • Labels made of cast acrylate foil. The labelling material has been developed for marking where high demands are made on durability and resistance against extremely high temperatures. The labels withstand UV light and the weather; they are also resistant to solvents and retain their shape.

    Markoprint IP-Jet

    The thermal inkjet printer IP-JET HP MK3 has been specifically designed for usage in dusty or damp situations. It is especially ideal for the food sector, as well as the plastics, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries, due to its IP65 protection level.

    The IP-JET HP is a small inkjet printer with a printhead and control unit housed in one unit. Water and dust are kept out of the cartridge by sealing it and pressurizing it. The power supply features a waterproof connector, and the external connections’ connectors are secured with an IP67 rating. The printhead does not need to be covered or removed for wet cleaning, unlike many other printers on the market.

    Markoprint Integra Ultimate

    The innovative Integra Ultimate thermal inkjet printer not only provides IP65 protection against dust and moisture, but it also closes and cleans the nozzle plate at each pause. This system ensures that the printing is always clean, with faultless results even after extended breaks. As a result, the ink cartridges’ open times are multiplied many times. Two HP Class thermal inkjet ink cartridges can be used with the print head. As a result, the system produces beautiful prints with a maximum height of 25 mm.

    Markoprint ZTV HP

    The Markoprint ZTV HP is a Central Ink Supply (CIS) system stores up to 400ml of ink for Markoprint HP Class inkjet printing systems such as the Markoprint integra One, Markoprint X2JET / X4JET, and Markoprint integra Quadro.

    The large ink tank prevents frequent cartridge replacements from lowering your Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). It can hold up to four single HP cartridges repaying you rapidly thanks to reduced ink prices. For non-interrupted production, the system can be paired with our NonStopPrinting printhead. Using an interface directly on the cartridge, current ink filling levels are monitored in real time. When the levels in the bulk tank fall below a certain threshold, a valve to the bulk tank opens and automatically refills it.

    Markoprint Integra PP 108

    The Markoprint Integra PP108 is the first inkjet printer with SEIKO printing technology and a circulating ink system. It features a POZIFLOW circulating ink system which prevents the accumulation of air in the nozzles and ensures a permanent, clean print image without missing print due to blocked nozzles. The system’s ink tank can be installed above, below, or at the same height as the print head without any problems. The new SEIKO printhead has a print height of 108 mm and achieves a remarkable speed of up to 150 meters per minute with a high resolution of 360 dpi.

    Suited to Dual Colour Printing Applications such as Hazard Labelling, Dual Colour overprinting and Direct Printing Applications to corrugate, and web printing applications, the PP108 is the latest high end, economical Inkjet System using the latest Drop on Demand Printing Technology.
